The Wearnes project posed a challenge to designers as it entailed designing the exterior to match the renovation in the interiors, as well as planning the phases so that company would continue operations while renovations were taking place. The façade was designed to allow for easy maintenance and impress visitors. The parking space was planned to maximise space. The rooftop serves as a venue for staff and visitors to take a break. A very Balinese theme using veneer finishes and interesting lighting detailing provides the essential ambience and atmosphere for relaxation.
