SingTel is the leading telecommunications service provider in Asia. Ai decided to bring out their commitment to innovation and continuous adaptability to the current and future trends in market through strategic design concepts.
The retail concept of their Ngee Ann City Teleshop is of "a red dot on a map”. The main design objective for the store was to have an outstanding interior design that stands out prominently from the existing retail premises. The Teleshop is a new concept store that houses state-of-the-art interactive touch screens for customers to experience 3G technology and beyond. The Teleshop is not only for sales, but for an interactive journey for customers to experience their products and services. To complement the concept and technology, Ai integrated architectural details such as exposed phones mounted on retractable cables for hands-on interaction.
