The OCBC Training Centre is dedicated to developing the knowledge and skills that OCBC employees are known for. Various mediums and facilities cater to all types of trainings conducted for the staff and are fully flexible to accommodate various training sizes.
Upon entering the training centre, the end-users are welcomed with an enclosed capsule-like directional passageway that leads to their respective training rooms. Operable walls divide the training rooms and are retractable to allow full-fledged training sessions and bigger congregations. Various vibrant colours not only give life to the place, but also give each training room its own identity. Full-height graphic prints are used as tools to encourage learning.
