Addition and alteration works to the existing office were carried out in two phases--the first phase in the internal office, and the second for the visitors' waiting areas. The major challenge was keeping office activity running in the course of alteration works. To accentuate their prestigious image, materials of rich character, such as marble and dark veneer, were used in key areas of the office, the reception and conference rooms.
A contemporary concept was applied to give the office a modern look. Innovative materials like spray-painted walls and wall covering were used to contrast with the dark wood. The result is a highly sophisticated office environment that portrays Henderson's strong corporate identity.
