This aged Shopping Centre needed an overhaul to attract modern-day shoppers. Ai team realized this objective by enhancing the exterior and constructing landscapes, for a more modish look.
As customers cruise inside the Shopping Centre, curves make it more interesting to explore the entirety of the building, giving shop tenants the best exposure to potential customers.
There is an array of shrubs and plants that line up right to the very lobby of the Shopping Centre. The façade has a modern classic look with a new signage, vital for the re-branding efforts of the client. An Alfresco creates a more relaxed ambiance that is suitable for drinking, meet-ups and simple gatherings of people. The result is a fresh look that attracts the younger crowd, while staying in harmony with the mature market.
