The challenge of achieving a natural balance between architecture and natural environment led the designers to design this condominium overlooking Punggol Park. The home is a juxtaposition of contrasting shapes, sizes, textures, materials and colours, adding interest and unexpected details to all living spaces. A combination of modern and traditional materials is fused together to bring about the whole concept of a modern Balinese home. Dark wood finishing, timber veneer walls and ceiling features, black spray-painted glass, stainless steel finishes and mirrors created this relaxing haven away from the city. One unique feature of the dining area is the painstakingly hand-crafted limestone carving from Indonesia that creates a uniquely Asian atmosphere.
An entire wall is devoted to a wine rack using black spray-painted glass, with a bar top standing beside the "wall rack", dividing the living room from the bedroom. The end result is a wonderful place to entertain guests with drinks and lively conversation, and a space expressive of the personality and unique style of the homeowners.
