Ai strategically positioned glass walls to visually enhance the space and communicate a feeling of transparency between the staff and top management. A lot of light was also used to create a feeling of spaciousness. Given the traditional nature of the business, Ai was able to continue with the traditional designs that Concordia Advisors wanted, incorporating modern concepts that express their goals as they embrace the changing future.
