A lively play of colours was used as the main theme for this call centre in Tokyo. It was applied in various areas of the office as a navigational tool on the floor and on the ceiling running along the main corridor. This play of colours did not stop there--each team’s unique colour and identity was matched with their office furniture and cabinets. Announcement boards for each cluster of the team showcases the employee of the month, updates, as well as current news. Overall, Ai has proven that work can be accomplished in a fun environment that allows the individual personalities of employees to shine through creative office designs.
