Call Centre: Nagasaki
Japan | Nagasaki | 40,000 ft2
The call centre in Nagasaki houses 1,600 staff in their office. The primary concept behind the design was to make the office space more energetic considering the stress the employees face everyday. Vibrant colours were used to create positive energy within the organisation. In compliance with the Nagasaki Architectural Board, 22 native Nagasaki trees were strategically planted within the perimeters. A silvery-black Momoji Leaf etched as a motif running from the entrance lobby to the second floor was implemented to localise the multinational company. Museum light ceiling and burnt grey granite stone floors are used instead of traditional lighting to give it a sense of uniqueness.
