130 countries and jurisdictions. The office situated in Crystal Tower, Korea takes up six floors of office space. Their aim was to create a fun and interesting work environment for the call centre agents whose jobs can be quite demanding and stressful at times.
Cafes and lounges with plasma screens and "foozball" machines were introduced in the office to allow free-flowing interaction among team members. Each meeting room has its own theme and name to allow diversity and identity in each group.
