CB Richard Ellis is a global real estate company with an office in Singapore. Their rapid growth necessitated the addition of half a floor to its two-storey office at Six Battery Road. The objective was to create a vibrant and conducive atmosphere in sync with its corporate culture’s efficiency and professionalism.
The graphic panels along one side of the office creates vibrancy with the colours it brings to the workplace. Storage cabinets sit below the windows running along the window, allowing for accessibility while maintaining a picturesque view of the Boat Quay River. A cheese-hole ceiling was installed over the discussion area to provide comfort and encourage creative interaction among colleagues.
