The American Express Private Bank expected more headcount and upon study, some addition and alteration to the existing premises proved to be more cost-efficient than moving to a new office. The design concept was based on providing an atmosphere indicative of traditional banking. The reception area was given a new image with the introduction of rich dark wood reminiscent of a prestigious traditional bank ambience.
